How to Use:

    1.  **Prepare:** Clean male and female threads thoroughly. Remove heavy oils/grease (light oil from coating is usually acceptable). Ensure female threads are in good condition.
    2.  **Insert Screw:** Use the **correct TR driver bit** (e.g., TR40 for M12). Insert the screw. The mechanical lock (deformed threads/patch) will provide initial resistance.
    3.  **Tighten:** Apply torque steadily using a calibrated torque wrench/driver. Tighten to the **specified torque value for Grade 12.9** and the specific coating. The threadlocker activates upon curing (anaerobically).
    4.  **Removal:** Requires the correct TR driver bit and significant torque (overcoming cured threadlocker and mechanical lock). May damage threads. Not designed for frequent disassembly. *Considered semi-permanent in demanding applications.*
    5.  **Reuse:** **Not Recommended.** The threadlocker's effectiveness and mechanical lock are significantly compromised after removal.
